Platinum Sponship

$35,000 – Available only to Internet2 Members

Platinum sponsors can choose one of the following high-visibility opportunities, in addition to receiving multiple benefits:

OPTION 1 – GENERAL SESSION  

As the exclusive corporate sponsor of one of two General Sessions, you will have the opportunity to welcome guests or play a maximum 3-minute video during the Opening or Closing General Session (prior approval required). Your company logo will be prominently featured on all signage, and you have the option to display company collaterals/promotional materials at the General Session. This sponsorship also includes 6 invitations for non-registrants to attend the sponsored event.  

OPTION 2 – WELCOME RECEPTION  

Help us kick off the conference as the sponsor of the Welcome Reception. This evening event will include appetizers, a bar, and plenty of networking. You will have the opportunity to welcome guests or play a 3-minute video during the reception (venue dependent and prior approval required). Your company logo will be prominently featured on all signage, and you have the option to display company collaterals/promotional materials at the reception. This also includes 6 invitations for non-registrants to attend the sponsored event.  

OPTION 3 – LEADERSHIP EXCHANGE TRACK (formerly Executive Track at Global Summit events)

This invitation-only Executive Leadership Track is a special event offering a selection of sessions and speakers tailored to the interests and issues of R&E executive leaders, including CIOs, Vice Presidents of Research, Regional and State Network leaders, Global NREN executives, and other leadership positions. This invitation-only program gathers approximately 150 of the top-tier executive leaders of the Internet2 community to engage in discussion and hear from leaders in their industries while continuing to tackle some of the hot issues and trends faced by our community.

Gold Sponsorship

$20,000 – Available only to Internet2 Members

Gold sponsors can choose one of the following opportunities to further showcase your company’s logo in prominent positions at the conference:

OPTION 1 – REGISTRATION BAGS  

Prominently display your company logo on the conference bag distributed to all attendees at registration.  

OPTION 2 – ONLINE REGISTRATION  

Be the exclusive corporate sponsor of Community Exchange Online Registration throughout up to 12 weeks of advanced online registration. Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed on the Registration intro page and each page of the online registration process. More than 800 people will interact with these pages.  

OPTION 3 – EVENT MOBILE APPLICATION  

Ensure your brand is front and center by sponsoring the mobile app, which attendees will use to keep on schedule throughout the conference. The Mobile App was accessed over 28,000 times at past Face to Face events.  

OPTION 4 – REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE  

The 2024 Community Exchange is a LEED Certified hotel and in keeping with their Green Philosophy we are excited to offer this high visibility sponsorship package. Branded reusable water bottles will be given to every attendee at registration to be used throughout the week. This sponsorship will also include branded signage at water stations throughout the meeting thanking attendees for using their reusable water bottle.  

OPTION 5 – HOTEL KEYCARD SPONSOR  

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to have your company logo on a four-color, custom-printed room key distributed at check-in to all conference attendees.  

OPTION 6 – LUNCHEON SPONSOR  

Keep the attendees’ energy going by serving as the host of one of two lunch opportunities for all attendees (Tuesday March 5 or Wednesday March 6).  Your company logo will be prominently featured on all signage, and you will have the opportunity to supply one piece of collateral for placement on each luncheon table (prior approval required).

Silver Sponsorship

$15,000 Member/$20,000 Non-Member

Silver sponsors can choose one of the following opportunities to showcase your company:

OPTION 1 –INCLUSIVITY INITIATIVE SCHOLARSHIP  

Opportunity to fund registration and domestic travel in support of early to mid-career women in research and education to expand connections and education as a professional development opportunity. Your company will be recognized in a press release prior to the event and at a special Internet2 Inclusivity Luncheon.  

OPTION 2 – DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS  

Community Exchange communications are sent to a list of 13,000+ contacts announcing schedule updates, highlighted content and speakers and reminding the community to register for the event.This sponsorship will include (3) branded emails that will be sent to the full community email list. These emails will recognize your company as the communication sponsor. Internet2 will work with your company on a design logo to meet your needs (prior approval required). Mockups and metrics for engagement available upon request.  

OPTION 3 – REGISTRATION DESK  

Be the exclusive corporate sponsor of the Community Exchange Registration Desk! Your company name will be prominently featured on all signage and the registration staff will wear co- branded logo apparel.  

OPTION 4 – LANYARD  

Your company logo will be visibly placed on the lanyards and distributed to all attendees at registration to wear throughout the conference.  

OPTION 5 – BREAKFAST SPONSOR  

Help give attendees a kick start to their day by serving as the host of one breakfast. Your company logo will be prominently featured on all signage, and you will have the opportunity to supply one piece of collateral for placement on each table (prior approval required).  

OPTION 6 – REFRESHMENT BREAK SPONSOR   

Provide attendees with mid-afternoon refreshments by serving as the host of one break. Your company logo will be prominently featured on all signage, and you will have the opportunity to supply one piece of collateral for placement on each table (prior approval required).

Bronze Sponsorship

$8,000 Member/$13,000 Non-Member

Bronze sponsors can choose one of the following opportunities to showcase your company.

OPTION 1 – POWER UP BAR  

Attendees will be using their mobile phones and laptops throughout the conference and will always be looking for a place to recharge them. Your company logo will be featured at the Power Up Bar, and you will have the opportunity to display company collaterals on sponsor- provided literature rack near Power Up Bar.  

OPTION 2 – NOTEPAD  

Showcase your company logo as the sponsor of the conference notepads, which will be given to all attendees during registration as part of their welcome package.  

OPTION 3 – INK PENS  

Pens with your company logo will be given to all attendees during registration as part of their welcome package.  

Option 4 – BANNER DISPLAYS

Showcase your company logo by displaying up to 2 banners throughout the conference area. Internet2 will work your company on size requirements and placement.
