Trusted Agreement Adopted by Over 170 Institutions
Institutions that join the program benefit from a Business Agreement that addresses essential priorities including data privacy, accessibility, and pricing. With more than 170 campuses participating, the agreement reflects a decade of peer-vetted trust, contract clarity, and predictable procurement.
Continuous Engagement That Delivers Ongoing Value
NET+ Instructure Canvas is not a one-time purchase, but rather an ongoing model of collaboration. Institutions benefit from:
- Quarterly community calls and structured program updates
- Joint roadmap and feedback sessions with Instructure
- Participation in benchmarking surveys and data-sharing initiatives
- Opportunities to present and collaborate at Internet2 and Instructure events
This structure helps campuses stay informed, advocate for shared needs, and influence service direction in alignment with institutional goals.
Guided by Higher Education Leaders
The program is governed by an active Service Advisory Group made up of professionals from participating institutions. This group meets monthly and advises on program strategy, provides regular feedback to Instructure, and collaborates on shared resources such as best practice guides.
Additionally, the Data Governance Advisory Council brings together experts from participating institutions to help shape Instructure standards for data privacy, usage, and stewardship. Their input strengthens the program’s alignment with Instructure policies and evolving compliance expectations.
A Strong Peer Community
The NET+ Instructure Canvas Program fosters a collaborative network where institutions share solutions, align on challenges, and develop campus strategies together.
