Internet2 NET+ and ServiceNow Team Up for Higher Education Summit

Are you heading to Las Vegas for Knowledge24? Join us one day early for the Higher Education Summit, noon to 5 p.m. PT Monday, May 6. The Internet2 NET+ program and ServiceNow are teaming up to bring you an afternoon of insightful dialogue and networking opportunities.

You’ll discover how ServiceNow can help peer institutions streamline and modernize their operations. The event will provide a platform for peer insights, roundtable discussions, and community- and service-related updates.

This year’s summit will be held during the pre-conference one day before Knowledge24 officially begins. The summit’s agenda starts with lunch, followed by presentations from two NET+ ServiceNow subscriber institutions.

While there is no cost to attend, participation in the pre-conference summit is limited to 50 attendees and requires a separate registration from the main conference. Take advantage of the chance to connect with bright minds from the research and education community.

Here is what you can expect at this year’s event:

  • Accessibility Update – New enhancements and future roadmaps focus on increasing accessibility across platforms, including an upcoming amendment to the NET+ contract to ensure broader access.
  • RiseUp Program – ServiceNow’s RiseUp program is designed to create more equitable economic opportunities by providing digital skills training. Learn more about how the initiative supports diverse talent development.
  • Now Assist (Generative AI) – Introducing ‘Now Assist,’ a generative AI tool designed to improve service management through advanced, accessible AI solutions that enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Customer Stories: Western Governors University – Western Governors University will share insights on their successful implementation of Service Performance Management (SPM), highlighting improved outcomes and efficiencies.
