Internet2 Industry Members Showcasing Innovations at SC25

SC25, Nov. 16-21 in St. Louis, brings together industry leaders and the research and education community to explore the latest innovations in high performance computing, AI, quantum technologies, and advanced networking. Internet2 industry members will be on the exhibit floor showcasing cutting-edge solutions and collaborations that help solve the complex challenges and evolving needs of the community. 

Visit their exhibitor booths to connect with experts and learn how Internet2 industry members are advancing the future of scientific research.

  • AWS, booth #2207: Stop by the AWS booth to see demos and sessions, connect with HPC experts about workload needs, and learn how to accelerate research with managed HPC services and infrastructure.
  • Ciena, booth #3330: Building on its 20+ years of supporting SCinet, Ciena will be transporting eight 400 GbE circuits to the show using its Waveserver platform, powered by WaveLogic 6 Extreme (WL6e) 1.6 Tbps coherent transceivers, as well as its 8190 Coherent Router, powered by WaveLogic 5 Nano 400Gb/s coherent pluggables. Ciena’s 6500 Reconfigurable Line System (RLS) is used as the photonic layer to extend all Ciena and third-party wavelengths across the Internet2 backbone into the convention center. Ciena Waveserver housing WL6e submarine transceivers will also be used to transport an 800G circuit over 10,000 km between Sao Paulo and Miami, enabling SCinet to support key science demonstrations with South American R&E institutions. Ciena’s booth will also feature a traveling FABRIC rack/node for experimentation, delivering compute and R&E routed connectivity at 400 Gbps.   • Google Cloud, booth #3724: Stop by the Google booth to connect with their team of experts and discuss how their cutting-edge solutions empower the scientific and technical computing communities. You’ll have the opportunity to explore live demos of Google’s infrastructure and tools, including the latest AI agents, that can accelerate your HPC and AI workloads. Their team will be on hand to discuss the latest advancements in compute, storage, networking, and AI capabilities. Don’t forget to RSVP to Google’s SC25 Kickoff Happy Hour on Monday, Nov. 17, and their co-sponsored reception with NVIDIA on Tuesday, Nov. 18.
  • HPE Juniper Networking, booth #3704: Stop by the HPE booth for more details about the HPC and AI solutions from HPE and HPE Juniper Networking, and speak with their experts to learn how it can transform your HPC and AI workloads. Also, learn about Juniper switching and routing infrastructure featured in the SCinet demonstration network at SC25. 
  • Microsoft, booth #1627: Stop by the Microsoft booth and connect with Microsoft Azure HPC and AI experts, featuring demos and scheduled sessions. 
  • Nokia, booth #3640: Visit Nokia at SC25 to learn more about their latest innovations in HPC. Stop by the booth to check out live demos, featuring Accelerating the Future of AI/HPC with Adaptive, Scalable, and Reliable Networks; High-Capacity Optical Transport (Augmented Reality); Blueprints for Data-Sovereign AI; and much more. Attend Nokia’s exhibitor forum presentation, “Rewiring HPC: Ethernet’s Ascent in a High-Performance World,” where they’ll explore how Ethernet is transforming the landscape of HPC.
