In a recent Campus Technology interview, Chorazyczewski shared how InCommon Academy is evolving its training and learning experiences in direct response to the needs of the research and education community. New and expanded offerings — such as on-demand Grouper training, peer-led Thread Meetups, and immersive Accelerator programs — reflect a growing need for flexible, community-driven guidance and resources that help institutions streamline and modernize IAM.

“The InCommon community doesn’t just consume Academy training. They shape it. The community brings their lived experience to the table,” Chorazyczewski said. “We’re building lasting resources and community connections. It’s that connection piece of the puzzle that is the secret sauce and what institutions can depend on.”
