Block rate: $230/night for single occupancy. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 17.4%) in effect at the time of check-out.
Room rates will be available three days before and three days after the event based on availability. If you wish to extend your reservation beyond the room block dates, please contact the hotel by phone. The rate includes complimentary guestroom internet access.
Reservation Method
Reservations for this event are made by individual attendees by calling reservations at 312-464-1000 (please be sure to reference the 2024 Internet2 Community Exchange block). Attendees can also book their reservations online using the button below. A limited number of rooms at a discounted rate are available for federal government employees. Government ID will be asked for at check-in. If you experience any issues when making your hotel reservation, please contact meetingregistration@internet2.edu.

Please note that proof of vaccination will not be required to attend the 2024 Internet2 Community Exchange. Be aware that, while Internet2 will make every effort to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission on site, it is possible that you may encounter people that carry the virus through your travels. The health and safety of meeting attendees is very important to us, and we believe the most effective way to ensure the safety of all attendees is to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
We will comply with the state of the local state guidelines for masking and social distancing. Regardless of vaccination status, masks and social distancing are recommended although not required. Masks will be available at the registration desk if you wish to wear one.
Once onsite, if you become feverish or develop a cough, please stay in your room and notify meetingregistration@internet2.edu to report your illness and seek medical attention.
