Peer-to-Peer: The Advanced Networking Unconference
Overview
New to the 2026 Internet2 Technology Exchange, the Peer-to-Peer unconference invites network engineers, cloud architects, security professionals, and automation experts to surface the week’s hot topics and keep the conversation going. There’s no preset agenda. Participants propose topics at the start of the session, then collectively shape the conversations and breakouts around the issues that matter most. The agenda takes shape when the unconference begins.

How It Works
- Bring a challenge. Come prepared with a networking, cloud, security, automation, or other technical question you’d like to explore.
- Pitch a topic. Propose a discussion topic during the opening session.
- Choose your conversations. Join the breakout discussions that are most relevant to your work.
- Keep the conversation going. Reconvene for a report-out, then continue the discussion at the evening reception.
