Cloud Forum 2026 will be held at the Fluno Center on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the heart of downtown Madison, Wisconsin. Conference activities will begin with a reception at 7pm the evening of Monday, May 18th and concludes at 5pm on Thursday, May 21st.

The Cloud Forum has reserved a $160/night (excluding taxes) group rate for a block of rooms at the Fluno Center itself. In addition to its great proximity of the Forum, the room rate includes breakast. Follow this link to reserve a room with the negotiated rate while supply lasts. The deadline for reserving with the Cloud Forum block at the Fluno Center is Sunday, April 17, 2026 or until the block of rooms fills.
Alternate Hotels
If you are unable to get a room at the Fluno Center, we have two other alternatives.

Getting to Madison
The university maintains a travel page with information and resources on how to get to campus by car, by plane, and by bus. Dane County Airport (MSN) is the closest flight option. After that you have Milwaukee (MKE) and Chicago’s O’Hare (ORD) from which there are connecting buses.
