Cloud Forum 2026 will be held at the Fluno Center on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the heart of downtown Madison, Wisconsin. Conference activities will begin with a reception at 7pm the evening of Monday, May 18th and concludes at 5pm on Thursday, May 21st.

Hotels

The Cloud Forum has reserved a $160/night (excluding taxes) group rate for a block of rooms at the Fluno Center itself. In addition to its great proximity of the Forum, the room rate includes breakast. Follow this link to reserve a room with the negotiated rate while supply lasts. The deadline for reserving with the Cloud Forum block at the Fluno Center is Sunday, April 17, 2026 or until the block of rooms fills.

Alternate Hotels

If you are unable to get a room at the Fluno Center, we have two other alternatives.

  1. DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown – Rooms are $159/night (excluding taxes) and can be reserved through Monday, April 27, 2026 via this is dedicated link. Parking is $20.00 per day.
  2. Hampton Inn & Suites Madison Downtown – Rooms are $154/night (excluding taxes) and can be reserved through Saturday, April 18, 2026 via this dedicated link or by calling 608-255-0360 and mention Internet2 Cloud Forum for the group block. Parking is $25.00 per day.

Getting to Madison

The university maintains a travel page with information and resources on how to get to campus by car, by plane, and by bus. Dane County Airport (MSN) is the closest flight option. After that you have Milwaukee (MKE) and Chicago’s O’Hare (ORD) from which there are connecting buses.
