As in previous cohorts, the training will be led by Sharif Nijim and leverage training materials from Cloud Academy. Participants will build foundational cloud computing knowledge and cement that knowledge using hands-on labs to help prepare them for becoming certified AWS Solutions Architect – Associates.
The Internet2 AWS SAAC filled in the gaps in my working knowledge of AWS and gave me the confidence to take and pass the certification test. The weekly discussions helped to cement the topics that were being covered in the course that week with participants sharing real world architectures and the decision making behind their implementation.
