The Internet2 NET+ team is pleased to announce the availability of a new NET+ DryvIQ agreement. DryvIQ enables higher education institutions to migrate data across cloud and on-premises storage and content management platforms seamlessly.

Six higher education institutions worked together to vet the service features and functionality, negotiate terms and pricing, and champion future product enhancements on behalf of the research and education community. Their work resulted in an updated product list and a new NET+ DryvIQ agreement.

“Higher-ed’s ability to collaborate and build compelling offerings in partnership with companies like DryvIQ, combined with the community that Internet2 helps foster around the NET+ offering, is what has us excited about participating in the NET+,” said Damian Doyle, deputy CIO and interim CISO at University of Maryland Baltimore County.

“Embracing cost-effective file migration in higher education requires more than just technology – it demands a keen ear to the needs of the research and education community. To ensure the DryvIQ platform evolves with diverse institutional requirements, we are committed to listening to the ever-changing landscape of our higher ed peers,” said Sara Whitwer, chief marketing officer at DryvIQ. “Internet2’s NET+ offering eliminates the guesswork and provides an efficient, structured path to discern ‘what truly matters’ in the realm of unstructured data management, including highly performant file migrations.”
